I would not recommend using Hooper Fence . I had a vinyl fence installed over two years ago. Unfortunately, the double gate hardware was installed incorrectly and I have been assured on numerous times over the past two years that new gates had been ordered and that they would be replaced. Now my contact has gone silent after telling me the gates had been received and that I would be put on the repair schedule. This is beyond unacceptable and my patience is now gone. I never leave reviews for anything but this is just too much. The company just doesn’t care. So find another company to help if at all possible.

So far, Hooper fence has been very attentive. Nick, the salesman has been great. The pricing is fairly reasonable. We will update when the fence has been installed. But so far, we have had a great experience and cannot wait to get our fence installed!

Obviously business is excellent. They scheduled fast. Once the guy arrived, he was nice . He was given a copy of the plot plan for measurement and he told us he couldn’t understand them. So he pretty much nonchalantly did his own thing. That was 3 days ago and still haven’t received a quote. Not too pressed for a quote from them at this point. Too many red flags for us.
